Welcome to Crafters Development. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity) and Crafters Development ("we," "us," or "our"), founded and maintained by xUnknowns and based in Chile.
These Terms govern your access to and use of the craftersdevelopment.pages.dev website, as well as the downloading, installation, configuration, and utilization of any software product, plugin, mod, extension, or service created by Crafters Development (collectively, the "Software" or "Services").
By accessing the website, downloading our Software from any platform, or interacting with our Discord community, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using our Software and Services, and you must discontinue use immediately and delete all associated files from your systems.
Crafters Development specializes in the creation, maintenance, and distribution of optimization, security, and administration software tailored for Minecraft server environments.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Software or Services at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.
Crafters Development operates on a strict, uncompromised commitment to accessible software.
We do not offer "premium" versions, paid tiers, paid support subscriptions, or hidden paywalls. Every feature, update, and capability developed for our plugins is provided to the community at no monetary cost. We do not solicit donations, nor do we require payment to unlock administrative or security functionalities.
Because our Software is provided free of charge, it is offered "as is" and without any guaranteed service level agreements (SLAs) or dedicated support contracts. Support is provided on a best-effort basis through our official Discord community.
Due to the popularity of our Software, unauthorized third parties may attempt to redistribute, modify, or sell our plugins on external websites. This poses a significant security risk to your server environment.
The only authorized sources to download our Software are:
craftersdevelopment.pages.dev.Any purchase, transaction, or acquisition of our Software made through unauthorized forums, third-party marketplaces, or "leak" websites is strictly prohibited. If you paid money for any Crafters Development plugin, you have been scammed by a third party.
Crafters Development is not responsible, liable, or related in any way to third-party scams, unauthorized commercial resales, unofficial mirrors, or cracked/modified files hosted on external websites. We strongly advise against downloading our Software from unofficial sources, as these files are frequently injected with malicious code, backdoors, or forced-op exploits that can compromise your server infrastructure. We provide absolutely no technical support for Software acquired from unofficial sources.
By using our Software, you agree to the following obligations:
Unless otherwise indicated, the Software, website, and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics associated with Crafters Development (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by xUnknowns and are protected by copyright and trademark laws, including the Chilean Intellectual Property Law (Law 17.336) and various international conventions.
The Content and the Marks are provided "AS IS" for your information and personal use only. Except as expressly provided in these Terms or the specific license attached to the Software, no part of the Ecosystem, Content, or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.
THE SOFTWARE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF OUR SOFTWARE AND SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRAFTERS DEVELOPMENT, ITS FOUNDER, DEVELOPERS, AND AFFILIATES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE AND YOUR USE THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL CRAFTERS DEVELOPMENT OR ITS DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, SERVER DOWNTIME, HARDWARE DAMAGE, CONFIGURATION CONFLICTS, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You explicitly acknowledge that Minecraft server environments are complex and variable, and that software bugs may occur. It is your responsibility to maintain adequate backups of your server data before installing or updating any Crafters Development Software.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our developers, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of:

We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of these Terms, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change.
